Mill Lining

THOR – R mill liners are manufactured from specially formulated rubber compounds, which are blends of Natural and Synthetic rubbers. The T800 rubber formulation series have proved its robustness over time, through installations across a wide range of minerals and sizes of mills.

Bulk flow Chutes

Rhino Bulk Flow Chutes are designed with advanced 3D modelling software and then simulated with Advanced Discrete Element Method Modelling (ADEM) with respect to the actual duty conditions. Design is optimized based on the simulation and then compare with the site conditions to arrive at the desired results.

ANAKONDA Rubber Hose & Fittings

ANAKONDA high wear resistant and flexible rubber hoses suitable for slurry handling are offered with custom made end fittings like Aluminum split flanges, integrated steel flanges, back up flanges with retainer ring or with open ends. These are suitable for high pressure, vacuum, tailing & gravity line and dredging applications. Ceramic lined parts are available for heavy duty applications.

Rubber Lined Pipes & Fittings

We fabricate pipes and fittings suitable for slurry handling applications. While internals of the same are protected with WARDOG grades of rubber sheetings to resist wet abrasion, external are applied with protective coatings. End connections are considered with standard flanges and couplings.
